My Body is a Bowl explores the inner and outer systems that shape our lives — the heartbeat, breath, daily rhythms, and the patterns of nature — and what happens when these systems fall out of balance. Moments of loss, illness, or sudden disruption can shift the ground beneath us and make the familiar uncertain, yet from this instability something new can emerge.

The performance approaches these themes through clay, rhythm, and non-linear physical storytelling. The 10 Fingers collective, known for works at the intersection of theatre and visual art, here explores the materiality of clay while integrating methods from stage artist and composer Matteo Fargion, who adapts musical structures into movement and choreography. My Body is a Bowl is a performance created for adults, marking a new direction for the group.
